Start with nothing, risk everything, and learn how to impress on stage in every moment with NIDA Open’s fun and dynamic improvisation class. Dive into fundamental short and long form improvisation skills and collaborate with peers to achieve shared goals and create unforgettable improvised scenes.

Components
- Spontaneity: Develop comic timing and creative thinking skills through exercises in spontaneity and improvisation.
- Craft: Participate in improvised scene work to develop basic acting and improvisation technique.
- Performance Craft: Understand and apply improvisation technique in a short, improvised performance.
