About Bronwyn

Bronwyn is a teaching artist and has worked extensively in Theatre for Young People. She graduated from the University of Southern Queensland with a Bachelor of Performing Arts and has worked as an actor in theatre, film and TV. 

She has written and produced new works for leading theatre in education companies including a series of plays commissioned by the Queensland Arts Council for widespread touring. She led Artist in Residence appointments in schools in NSW and QLD. As Artistic Director of Whiteknight Theatre she specialised in curriculum-based theatre styles, producing, writing and directing all performance and workshop material. 

Bronwyn has designed and delivered teacher professional development courses, trained and mentored teaching artists and is passionate about the development of drama and literacy programs for schools. 

She has worked as a Teaching Artist for Sydney Theatre Company, Sydney Opera House, and the Australian Film and Television Academy. She has also been a producer, program coordinator and arts manager with numerous arts organisations including Out of the Box Festival, Fox Studios Australia, The City Exhibition Space and Epic Attractions.
